This is small hotel with full kitchen. The building is of heritage importance with tasteful contemporary updates creating a quite magnificent product. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with a large luxurious bathroom. Due to the small nature of the hotel, check-in, hotel access are a bit different from a normal hotel, however was efficient and easy. This hotel does not have restaurants but has a lot of selection within a few seconds to a few minutes walk, along with supermarkets close by. The location is very central and close to lots of amenities within walking distance.

We really love the location of the property!! It's in the heart of Alicante. A lot of restaurants to eat nearby. Our room had balcony with lounging and dining area. Our hotel room had kitchenette, so it's perfect for longer stay. I love our spacious room and spacious bathroom! The hotel room had beautiful decor too. We really enjoy our stay in Alicante and this hotel room made it even more special!! šŸŒ“šŸ–ļøšŸ˜Ž

I rarely ever write reviews but this establishment warrants one! From the moment booking to check in they were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The front staff and director (Jesus) was nothing less that excellent! I HIGHLY recommend this place for couples, families, everyone!

A lovely property

Great location the access to the property was a little confusing, that said a rep did arrive quickly and sorted us out. Great location and property was exactly as described on their website. The only downside that was outside the control of the property was late night/early morning street noise from late night revellers. This did not distract from a very enjoyable stay would recommend.

Spacious Salvetti.

These are beautiful spacious apartments. They are located right near all the lovely tapas bars. The bedroom windows have double glazing so a very peaceful sleep. I would recommend Salvetti Suites to anyone traveling to Elacante. They are great value for money also.

Excellent location in old town however it was very loud at night. Apartments were large nice comfortable beds. Shower was large but the hot water kept getting cold too quickly and so we had to give time between showers. Kitchen was nice but no microwave and not enough cooking spoons, no strainer so lacked a complete offering for people who like to cook on holiday. Reception staff very nice and friendly and responsive. Overall great location but the apartments are a tad overpriced

A let down, despite being pretty

First off, the place is an old ~4 story building on the edge of a pedestrian zone. You will be greeted with a grand door, and a beautiful marble interior and marble stair case. Walking in was amazing, giving the impression you had picked a truly amazing place. Amazing details in the shared areas. Art, glass floor, atrium, etc. It was the service which really let us down. There were two events, Iā€™ll let you judge: 1) Prior to our arrival, we started getting phone calls. They were concerned about whether we were aware that it the bonfire festival was on, and the streets would be closed. Nice service right? But what got strange was how much they called. Are you still coming? Have you decided? Will you be cancelling your stay? It started to feel like they did not want us to come. That they realized that if we cancelled, with the festival, they could get 2x the rate 2) After the long drive, we wanted a shower to freshen up before we explored the city. There was no hot water. We mentioned this on the way out, and went about our day. The next day, on the way out we mentioned it to an older gentleman who materialized, who started to tell us that was impossible, because it was electric heat. He started to come across patronizing and would not listen or help. I raised this with Hotels.com, for whom they lied that there was water. I raised this directly with the company, who seemed to get emotional, offered nothing of value. Very poor customer service. Cheap.
