"The hotel has a great location with plenty of places to visit nearby. However, the service did not meet my expectations. After a long work trip, I was looking forward to taking a shower, but the bathtub was dirty. I had to call several times and waited about two hours for someone to clean it, and the cleaning was still done poorly. I was also told by the front desk that no other rooms were available. On a positive note, the lobby restaurant was excellent. The food was well presented and delicious, and the restaurant manager was very friendly and attentive."

"Our room location was not the best. Neighbors were noisy. Also, lot of noise coming from the street. Room was clean, but in need of a revamp. Mattress was old and not comfortable at all. Location of the hotel was good, near Embarcadero and Chinatown. Hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Just ok experience overall, but most likely we won’t return to this location. "
