"Staff were very kind and helpful. They gave us a map to find our hotel room and told us about the area and gave many suggestions. The place is old but that is a part of its charm. They also have valet with lots of parking included with the room. "
"This is the second time I've stated the Hyatt regency. I believe the staff's professionalism is second to none , and when it comes to requesting specifics they know no bounds and are willing to cater to any need.
Thank you! I look forward to staying with you again"
"We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt. Rooms were incredibly clean and updated. Everyone on staff was helpful from check in to utilizing the train system to get around the city. The continental breakfast exceed our expectations and had a lot of variety and quality food options. We had an issue with our plumbing but it was addressed quickly by the staff. This hotel is also close the the Gateway Center (walkable) which had many food options with a food court. We would stay again in a heartbeat."
