"This property is great! With it being right on the western edge of the downtown area, its a quick drive to and from the airport. It's also very walkable with a bunch of restaurants nearby (if you dont want the McDonalds next door). There's the 4 bus thats on the northern side of the block and the red line two doors down. The room my mother and I were in was great! If something didn't work, the staff replaced it with no issues. My mom enjoyed breakfast, I wasn't too big of a fan since it was mostly eggs and sausage but I will admit Im not a breakfast person. I did enjoy the coffee, bagels, and oatmeal though. The staff are LOVELY here! Always so nice and willing to lend a helpful hand. Shouts out to Kristen as she was my POC from the phone to checking in. I'd definitely come here again when I return to SLC. If you have any issues, the staff will do everything in their power to fix it so dont hesitate to stay here!"

"Modern Kcup coffee maker. Very clean. Comfortable beds. My only issue was that I specifically reserved a room with a balcony which I was really looking forward to but there was something wrong with the balcony sliding door. Too hard for one person to open. Had my daughter help me and even then we could only open it enough just to squeeze through. Wanted to leave it open at night to listen to the fountain outside but the sliding screen fell off the tracks. Disappointing."

"My overall experience was very good. I arrived on Sunday evening and knew there would not be food service. There was a coffee machine available and free snacks in the room. Breakfast the next morning was included and delicious. Staff was very nice, room amenities very good (including robes). Free parking. I did not use other amenities - fitness room, library, billiards room - so can’t comment. Good value in SLC, if you like the old world private club vibe, which I do."
