"Room was clean and bed was super comfortable, compared to other places I’ve stayed. Hot water for shower was hot. Staff at check in were extremely helpful and polite. Very convenient location. Right on the green line which can be taken straight to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Our shower drain was clogged and it made taking showers feel very gross because the water would rise and we had to stand in it. There were little holes in the blinds which were strange and made me wonder if there were bugs eating it. We found a black beetle in the bathroom and the room had very poor ventilation and the windows were always steamy. The cherry on top was a toenail we found, not a clipping, but a whole big toenail. Will not be coming back."

"We were disappointed because we were not informed the room is cleaned up every other day. We didn’t read the small notice in the key envelope. Also there is not room service and we need it to go to the front desk to get towels. We understand hotels run their business different ways but the price we paid per night $200 plus we had different expectations ."

"The room smelled like weed smoke. The carpet felt moist from the AC condensation. The bed was probably one of the worst beds I've ever slept on, I could feel the springs on my back and the middle sunk in. I debated sleeping on the carpet floor was moist. I would not recommend. Spend a little bit more and stay in a better hotel"

"I did not end up staying at the Metropolitan, I asked to see the room and it was horrible. I left. Note to everyone Expedia does nothing to give back a full refund if the place is horrible ! Expedia won’t let you cancel a horrible place as it will tell you the stay is in process. Beware of who you are booking with! "
