"No issues with parking. Check-in was a little rough as far as wait time. Room AC didn’t keep the room temp at the set temp during the hot days. Washer and dryer work. I wish there were better instructions for how to use it as far as what buttons to push for each function after inserting your coins. The dryer’s lint trap area was obviously full and in need of a vacuum; the lint trap didn’t fully sit inside its area. Rooms are spacious, but the TVs are too small for the distance between them and the bed. It seems the rooms are a little outdated. Breakfast was good, no issues there! Overall, there’s a reason it’s the cheapest in town, but still, I expected a little bit more than what I experienced. I understand it’s just a Comfort Inn, but it’s not a Motel 6 on the side of the road, you know. If you just need a place to land near Temple Square and want free parking and breakfast, this is the place! "

"The staff were helpful and friendly. We saw employees cleaning common areas all day every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the creative use of the building to make these cozy and comfortable rooms. I appreciated the free coffee in the morning. Just wish I had enough time to try out the sauna-guess we will have to return soon. This hotel/community space project is an innovative concept and we were happy to be able to experience being a part of it. We will be back!"

"Room was clean and bed was super comfortable, compared to other places I’ve stayed. Hot water for shower was hot. Staff at check in were extremely helpful and polite. Very convenient location. Right on the green line which can be taken straight to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We were disappointed because we were not informed the room is cleaned up every other day. We didn’t read the small notice in the key envelope. Also there is not room service and we need it to go to the front desk to get towels. We understand hotels run their business different ways but the price we paid per night $200 plus we had different expectations ."
