"The gentlemen at the front desk when we arrived was very kind and friendly, the room how ever was gross. Yellow stained sheets, when we asked for replacements they requested we go to the front desk and get them ourselves. We had booked two nights there and check out after the first because how unclean it felt"

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "

"Clean room, staff was nice but we ran out of toilet paper and only had 1 wash cloth in the room, we didn’t eat at the restaurant but it was nice. Only big down side was the parking. 45$ a day for Valet with the hotel or a rate of 35$ a day in the back of the hotel which was public parking. We payed for the back but it wasn’t to bad, our vehicle was not vandalized . Overall good experience. "

"This property is in a very convenient location with plenty to do within a 10-15 min walk. If you really want to get around with ease, download the lime app and grab a scooter out front. The scooters all over the city. It makes for a stress free visit. Also located a 5 min. walk away is Colorado Campfire. Grab a beer and relax. I will definitely stay here again. With everything to do around it and the fantastic staff, amenities, and large rooms this is a fantastic value stay. Don't forget a delicious breakfast every morning too. What more could you ask for?"
