「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. 「The lighting in the suite was terrible. Most of the switches did nothing. Every light had to be turned on manually except for the light behind the TV in the dinner area. The hotel itself was clean, but not what I expected. Outside was in a semi dangerous area. There were many homeless people on the side of the building. But once you got inside, it was nice.」
