My room was large and lots of space, although no luggage rack, so I place my suitcase open-faced on the bed, so I didn't have to get on my hands and knees. Large bathroom, although limited counter space for toothbrush, etc. No water came out when I tried to turn on the hot water faucet in my room that...

「Everyone on the staff was friendly, but when I first arrived, I was informed that the hot water stopped working the day before. Luckily they were able to remedy that situation. When we returned to the property at 7 pm, the front door was locked, there was no one at the front desk, and our key didn’t work. Someone did come by to let us in and informed us that the front door was broken. We could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat/ fan. Instructions would have been helpful. Also there...

「We have stayed here before with no problems. But this time the shower streamed water out the side of the sprocket getting the floor soaked. We got back there late at night, so we weren't going to call someone up when we had kids to get to sleep. Then my daughter got in her bed and there was candy and candy wrappers in the bed. So they didn't change the sheets from their prior guest. We won't be going back there again.」

「The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again.」

「Great for an overnight stay before a flight. Website said breakfast .. there was no breakfast or even coffee available.」

「When we first saw the property...it looked abandoned and the road in needs serious attention. It was once a Ramada and is now a property in transition. The front desk was very helpful & friendly. The bed was pillow top & quite comfortable. No hand towels, kleenex or shampoo. Excellent price. It was well worth what we paid. I would stay here again, Lots of parking. Only 5 miles away from Wolf Rd restaurants (Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse etc). No coffee makers in room and have to wait...
