「Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything. 」

「Grass was really tall which made walking my dogs difficult. There was trash in the parking area. No microwave in the breakfast area or bedroom. Room was clean, pillows & bed was comfortable. They use to have cranberry juice in the breakfast area, but no longer.」

「Rooms dirty, no soap, toilet seat loose, room phone dead, Elevator not working. We had a room on the 3rd floor. I have stayed there over 20 times and the quality has declined every visit. This was our last stay」

「Filthy dirty. The vents are caked in dust/dirt. Looks like black mold in the rooms that have been painted over. The entire building REEKS of marijuana. Very poorly maintained. It was so bad we almost left but it was late when we checked in and we were tired. Would never return or recommend staying here!」

「The hotel was conveniently located to where we needed to be, but the hallway to our room smelled musty and like weed. Things were not up to date, but were fine. Breakfast sucked. Pretty sure the eggs our second morning were from the day before. Breakfast was not stocked and the available water tasted bad. Pool water was very murky so I opted not to take my child swimming. The front desk staff was friendly. If I had to choose again, I would stay at the Holiday Inn next door.」

「Everything was fine except the parking lot lights shining in my eyes the curtains wouldn't close all the way. Didn't like being on the third floor always had been on the first floor」

「In a word: shabby. But it was pretty clean, and they do allow pets. But if you're looking for anything more than that, you will be disappointed. Flat pillows, exposed wires, not enough room to close the bathroom door , uneven bathroom floor, and battered furniture.」

「Parking easy, convenient. Breakfast good, fresh lots of choices. Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Convenient to highway and to town. Bathroom door did not latch. 」

「Room was clean but couple of broken things-the barn style bathroom door, the tub spout. The buffet breakfast was better than most other places though. A pleasant stay and close to grocery, a few restaurants and shopping.」
