Kept my 100$ room deposit after there not being anything about a depot and found a bed bug in my room and was ignored about it. I called no answer left a message with no call back nobody at front desk when leaving

This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.
