「This hotel was TERRIBLE. Looks like it was built in the 80s and it was built in 2001. Water does NOT get hot. You may get almost lukewarm but that it. Beds sit on rail thats about to fall apart and the rooms don't even come with blankets. You have to ask for one. There was a roach in my room as well. The walls are thin as paper. People above me were loud as a daycare as early as 5am then around 7am the next door neighbors were having a domestic dispute arguing and making all kinds of noises...

「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」

「This was the worse breakfast and staff I have ever encountered. The lady (Kat) who checked us in was rude and was having a bad day; however, the lady who worked the next day was very polite and friendly. She made me feel better. As a IGH member I was treated like crap and forgot about my treats.」

「The front desk employee was very kind to come and get the fridge working. Not sure why the guest needs to pull out the fridge and turn a knob? No one would even know to do that. But the front desk was very helpful. The device at the parking lot gates where you waive your room key to enter is not close enough to access without leaving your vehicle to waive the key resulting in the gate closing before you can enter after jumping back into my car. I had to drive thru the other side since that gate...
