The assigned room was too noisy. The parking service is only ballet for a $39 charge dayky and is too slow. Even when you said that you are going out in less than an hour you have to wait too long to get your car. And in the morning I wait more than an hour to receive my car

Easy walk to ATL Sky Train which drops you off at ATL airport. Very quiet & spacious rooms. Good complimentary breakfast options.

Nice hotel, however no free parking. Only had valet parking and was charged extra per night. Some of the Valet workers seemed annoyed when they had to bring your car around…Total rip off for mediocre service. First room I received smelled like weed and had a loud party going on a few doors down at 11:30pm asked to be moved and they quickly moved me to a different floor which was quiet and room smelled good. The breakfast ladies were rude and mean. Breakfast lady yelled at my adult daughter for using a coffee cup for juice. I will say that the only advantage of this hotel is that it’s 4 min from the Atlanta airport. If you’re just staying overnight and you don’t have a car and you don’t mind a little ghettoness, then you’ll be OK. I probably wont stay at this hotel again just because of the parking situation.

Todo en general estuvo muy bien, excepto que no había jabón corporal en la habitación y nunca asistió el personal de limpieza a hacer aseo o el cambio de toallas, por lo que tuve que pedírselo a la mucama personalmente. En cuanto a la distancia que hay con el aeropuerto, no hay de que preocuparse, ya que no se escucha el ruido de los aviones. Por otro lado, es desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Very welcoming staff. Check in was super easy. Traveled with family for an overnight stay prior to our flight. Rooms were spacious, beds were super comfy, and breakfast was great-lots of choices for my group. The small restaurant next to the hotel was amazing. Hotel staff recommended it for dinner and it did not disappoint. Definitely will stay here again when flying out of Atlanta.

Staff was a bit rude I called before hand days in advance to advise we would be checking in late, as in the next day early morning because we were driving in from Texas. I was told it would be ok and that my room would be ready. Upon arrival the lady checking us in was acting like it was her first day. And then proceeded to tell me my booking did not exist! After a 13 hour drive I was not having it. The room I booked was not available, so they put us in a handicap accessible room as a last resort. After going back and forth we figured it out and they did charge me for the room that I had already paid thru Expedia!!! The room was nice and clean. The breakfast has a lot of great options. Lots of seating available. Conveniently located near the airport and the convention center we were competing at for a jujitsu tournament was within walking distance. They offer valet parking only and it was a mad house retrieving our vehicle. We sent a text to retrieve our vehicle 10 minutes before walking down only to get there and be told the text message retrieval option was not working. We waited a total of 30 minutes to get our vehicle. Other than that it’s a good place to stay and conveniently located.
