"Parking was tight. Beak fat was good. Staff was nice. Small things in room- air/ heat u it dirty, hear every car go by (window hot thick. Enough ), could also hear neighbors talking "

"No coffee 6 minutes after breakfast was finished at 9:30am was inconvenient! We had late nights and were only able to take advantage of breakfast hours 1 day in our 3 day stay. Convenient location to Kentucky Expo Center. "

"My car, along with 5 others in the parking lot were all broken into, windows shattered. Police officer stated it happens all the time when they have large events at the Expo Center & they have repeatedly told the hotels to add more lighting & cameras to the parking lots but they refuse. I will not attend this hotel again as we come to the area multiple times per year for volleyball tournaments "

"HVAC did not work in the room. The front desk gentlemen and myself tried to get working but to no avail. Most likely air handler. "

"The room and area was great. The included breakfast with my booking was a joke.. the only restaurant that was open for the breakfast only had buffet so they did not honor our voucher"
