The new owners are very helpful, The property is in a great location, It does need a little attention to detail but it seems they are working hard to make that happen. I will stay there next year for a music festival.

While the staff were incredibly nice, there were roaches, and bed bugs. And being in town for a festival we couldn't find anywhere else to go so we stuck it out. Probably wont be there next year

I dont write reviews but this places needs more to spread awareness. This place is a dump and dirty as hell. Its absolutely disgusting. If you want to go to something like louder than life I recommend it. It was not bad getting to and from the festival and the free breakfast is great for what it is. But other than that avoid this place at all costs. They dont even clean the floors at all it seems. I found food in almost every corner while making sure it didn't have bed bugs. Literally had a piece of pepperoni in the corner just sitting there. Dont come here.
