「We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central 」

「They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city.」

「I did a ton of research for our trip- me+3 teens. Wanted location that was midway and walkable for all the major spots- GG park to pier 39, Chinatown, Ferry Building, etc. Star Motel blew us away with the upgraded rooms, ample FREE parking spots, location, and flexibility for our check-out needs. 100% would recd to friends and stay again. We were in room 208- corner upstairs room- and loved it. Mini fridge, AC, new showers, sky light, and more. Loved our stay!」

「Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!」
