What a great place to stay. It’s been overhauled in the last couple of years so everything is pretty new. Someone put a lot of thought into what to put into each unit. Very spacious. Very clean. Great staff!

A truly magical setting with service to match. We’ve stayed in many New Zealand hotels, and this was the first where the staff seemed truly focused on exceeding guests’ expectations. We stayed 2 nights but only had 24 hours of WiFi. The office was closed when I went to ask for the next 24 hours. I had work to do and could not do it. There should be a way to have WiFi for the entire stay.

Huge property. Shared a two bed dorm which was great (not the expected 6 or 8 bed dorm). Facility is a little older but staff is nice and location is good for Tekapo and Mt. Cook Trips. Very affordable as well.
