"The view was amazing, no parking in front of units"

"I arrived on time for check in at 2pm but they made me wait another 2.5 hours before giving me the key as they said they were still cleaning it. They first said it would be 1 hour but it kept getting pushed back. So after an exhausting day driving, I had to sit and wait in the lobby. They offered to give me an extra 1 hour checkout time but I couldn’t use it due to time restraints anyway so wasn’t very helpful. Also I organised a room with the lake view but my view was a tiny sliver of the lake that could barely be made out, my main view was a car park. I didn’t realise but the resort isn’t even lake front like they suggest, the main highway is actually between the lake and the resort. The apartment is a bit of a frustrating set up as well. Bedrooms and toilet is downstairs and living room is upstairs so wasn’t ideal for my older mother. Otherwise, clean and very modern. "

"Staff are very friendly, welcoming and great knowledge of the area. room came with all our needs and amazing views. Breakfast had a lot of choices and hot options."

"Beautiful view from kitchen but everything else was awful. Never been so hot in a dorm. Why air conditioning in the whole hostel but not the rooms? No towel included. And one of the 2 fridges was out so groceries stuffed in one fridge. Super expensive."

"The living room is nice, but a little bit cold, the heater is not close to the cough, it needs time to warm up the room. Master bedroom has no heater and is small, the queen size bed occupied the whole room, no space for bag luggage and walk around. The bathroom is old style. "

"The room and bathroom was nice and clean. I only wish their office was open during more of the day, rather than restricted to 2:00 to 7:00. It prevents you from dropping your bags and doing something in the afternoon."
