「There's some things that really should be kept up with including broken ice machine, broken laundry soap dispenser, and a side entrance that does not lock at all. Lots of trash around the property makes the place seem run down. A shame as the staff is great and it is in a convenient location. 」

「We have found Red Roof Inns to be reliably clean, safe, and comfortable hotels. We were disappointed with this property. It had ratings of 8.4 out of ten so we expected it to be above average. The staff was couorteous and helpful. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The roll-in shower was great. The staff was also apologetic. We arrived before peak season and were told that the location would be repairing broken items. Several much needed repairs were obvious. The room HVAC units were missing...

「This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!」

「Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. 」
