「When we pulled up the outdoor pool was empty and if order. The indoor pool’s heater was not working so the water was cold. Hot tub was cold and sauna was out of order. Didn’t look like the pool area was ever swept and there was even a urine ketone test strip on the ground. The first room smelled like marijuana. The second run MM room’s security lock on the door was broken off and there was an inappropriate sticker on the fridge. Empty vending machines」

「The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund.
