The room was not clean. No microwave in the room as described. The pool was not open per advertisement, nor was the outlet mall that was within walking distance. Only six stores,maybe, opened in the whole mall. The wallpaper in several spots was hanging off the wall. There was a big hole in the wall behind the door where the door knob had went through. The tub and shower were dirty. The toilet was stained and dirty looking. The caulk around the Jacuzzi tub was gaping and the Jacuzzi tub shot black stuff out of the Jets when I turned it on eventually did clear out. It also leaked at the Spicket, causing water to run down onto the carpet. There was food against the wall that had not been vacuumed. We had to ask for towels as soon as we went in as there was only one big towel, a washcloth and one hand towel and two of us. No extra toilet paper no tissues. Had to ask for those. The breakfast wasn’t bad. It consisted of cereal, pancakes, bananas, yogurt, milk, mango juice and coffee. Parking was good n well lit.

1st room we had the AC didn’t work, it was dirty (shrimp tails left on the floor from previous people, bathroom dirty, floors not clean in general) the remote for 1 tv didn’t work and the 2nd tv didn’t work at all. Management moved us to another room that had AC working. Cool, bathroom was nasty, floors were dirty, neither TV worked, only had a half roll of toilet paper(ran out of that and borrowed a roll from my brothers room) at least the sheets were clean I guess. Would not recommend staying here.

Horrible stay - mouse poop on the floor, bugs in the jetted tub and I have bed bug bites- we should have left when we seen the poop- horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here

This motels saving grace is the staff’s friendliness and room price. Before I start I will say that the bed sheets appeared clean. The pillows were comfortable & the bed was better than most. However if the other rooms are like room 115 then bring your cleaning supplies. This room needs serious tlc and a deep clean. The wall paper is peeling severely. There was specks of feces on the toilet. The bathroom floor corners were black with dirt. Table top was sticky. After i cleaned with Clorox wipes it is clear to see that the basics to rent the room out are being done like changing sheets, stocking with soaps and towels but cleaning is apparently just being done visually. Meaning housekeeping must be looking at the table, toilet, coffee tray, etc and visually saying “well looks good from here no need to actually physically clean it. You add that to the peeling wall paper, the toilet that rocks side to side and the lack of updates; this room is closely teetering on being classified as a sh*t hole. I truly hope this is not how the majority of the other rooms are. If cleanliness was made a priority and minor updates were made this could be a much better rated motel. Right now it’s just good for a low cost overnight fishing trip but you supply the clean.

I have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always friendly. Rooms always clean and has the basics. The tv watching options are always different in each room so sometimes we have to log into our own accounts to watch a show since some rooms don’t have basic tv but that’s ok with us.

We were really disappointed in the room. It was very dirty-stank when we walked in. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed, sticky goo on table, dirty toilet, nasty shower curtain-dirty jetted tub. We filled it to try the jets and the most putrid smell came out along with grime. We didn’t even shower/bathe here. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The man working at check in was very polite and kind though.
I snapped a photo of shower curtain but that was all.

The room is need of several repairs. Wall paper peeling off. Columns at the step of jetted tub dangerously unstable. Jetted tub missing jet pieces, caulking is rotted, along with gaps between wall and tub. Coffee maker broken leaked water immediately. Bed sheets have previous stains. No lobby service. Needed towels, coffee packets, and toilet tissue.

The room seemed good for the most part. I booked a room with a jetted tub..It was so slippery that my husband fell hard on his tailbone and hit his head.. He's ok, just a bit sore. That put a damper on our evening. This morning I took a shower and found the wallpaper coming loose with black mold under it. Which is probably why I kept sneezing and my nose wouldn't quit running.

The floors were dirty, the bedding was dirty, the tub was dirty. The coffee pot had stuff floating in it. Before we left we pulled the sheets back on the bed we didn’t sleep in and to our horror there was a bug crawling in bed also found a roach in the bathroom through the night. We got what we paid for I guess but definitely would never recommend this place to anyone!

It was a cold and windy off-season overnight, two couples, two rooms. What we liked best was that the beds were the cleanest we've seen in a long time. The detractions were minor. If there was a breakfast we failed to find it. In-room coffee not generous, coffeemaker not cleaned, a food wrapper in one room, and a dead lightbulb in one lamp (quickly replaced). All in all, it was fine and we'll come again if we need to.

Very Out dated. Tha bathroom toilet rocked every time you sat down. I thought I was going to fall off. Ice machine doesn’t work, we had 1 roll of the super small cheap toilet paper, the restroom sink faucet was not working correctly, bathroom sink would back up water , tv bad connection it took a long time to connect, not updated for today’s phones, no microwave or fridge, dirty carpet, smells terrible. Better wear your slippers.
