"The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. We got in a little late about 7:30pm we were all tired and hungry. But the kids wanted to swim so we took them to the pool for an hour. It was packed with kids. Which was ok our girls enjoyed it. The pool provided lots of pool noodles and water toys . Was very hard to catch an elevator. They charged $30 to park which I was unaware of during check in I had to give them a $50 deposit which was no big deal which I figured was for any damage but upon checking out she told I’ll only get $20 of it back the 30 was for parking. Okkk. After swimming we tried so hard to order something to eat but most places were closed or too far to walk. After trying a few pizzerias we finally found one that would deliver. Which wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t bring the ranch we ordered. So we ate went to bed. Breakfast didn’t have too many choices just scrambled eggs and sausage. Your typical.cereal toast bagel and waffles but the line was so long it was hard to make one. For the price of the room I was expecting biscuits and gravy and bacon. Even the more cheaper hotels have that. All in all it was ok for being in the city. We had a good view of the Arch from our room. "

"There was black long hair in the shower on the wall. There were 2 body was and 1 conditioner but NO shampoo. The lower shower head was facing the door so when I turned on the shower it sprayed me and all my stuff on the bathroom counter. I ordered room service and SPECIFICALLY said I had a gluten allergy and they sent my steak up with fries all over it. I did not order fries because they have a shared fryer! And there was only 1 bartender at the bar. We sat for at least 10 minutes waiting on a drink. When I did receive my drink the rim of the glass had brown stuff all around it. I did receive a new one after letting the bartender know. Valet was great on both check in and check out!"

"Hotel is under construction, staff was nice...but pool was closed, tv in room did not work, no coffee available at breakfast, refridgerator in room did not work. Disappointing stay. "

"I selected a room with a view of the Gateway Arch but the window facing it was completely covered with something that obsructed the view. Also, there were no plug ins next to tables so we had to set our cell phones on the floor to charge them."

"This was a very clean room. No shampoo or soap but we had our own. Last minute booking but very satisfied. Adequate fast breakfast before continuing our trip."
