「Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked well. The breakfast was among the very best we've ever had at any hotel. The two negatives were no availability of a microwave even in breakfast area and no make up mirror in the room」

「Upon arrival, we had no hot water for an entire 6 day stay. Luke warm on most days at best for a few minutes. Reported several times, and this was with a full? Hotel during grad week. We were there for a celebration and funeral with no choice of switching with pre paid by Expedia. Wall paper was taped up in the lobby, and falling down across from our room on a fourth floor suite. This is the Second Fairfield/Marriot we stayed at in the last few weeks with issues. MARRIOT can do better than this...

「We reserved an assessable room. The bed was less than 18” off the floor and we struggled to get up and down. Also the bed frame was bent allowing the mattress from to fall another inch or two when there was weight on the left side of the bed. We were waiting for it to collapse during the night. Also the commons area was right outside our door. It was noisy up to 3:00am. We like the location near our daughter’s home and have stayed before. Between the noise and the bed we may have to rethink...

「The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and there was no button to turn it off. The noise was loud enough that we could hear it in the room even after closing the bathroom door.」

「The TV in the room went in and out the both nights there. Plus there was a dirty water smell in the lobby. Like they used dirty mop water to clean the floor.」

「So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken...

「The facility was very clean. Our room was spacious. Bed was worn out and very lumpy! People above us had children that kept running and jumping on the floor. When I called the desk I was told they couldn’t guarantee the guests would quiet down throughout the night. Was told they could not do anything until quiet hours(10pm) and the only thing that they could do was move US to a different room. My husband was scheduled for surgery this morning and needed a good nights sleep. Highly disappointed...
