"The property was well maintained at a camp site. The room was clean but a bit dated. The staff's communication style was very to the point/boderline dry. "

"We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There is a fascinating park opposite with geothermal features and a hot water foot bath. We enjoyed visits to Whakarewaewa Maori village and Waiotapu, both excellent. There were lots of other things nearby to see and do in Rotorua, we felt the property location was good for everything."

"Everything was very good except for the continental beakfast which wasn’t. Coffee from sachets I ask you? Tiny cold croissants. Cold meats limited and no hard boiled eggs. Jam, butter, sugar, in sachets and difficult to open. In the continent this would be a low level breakfast."
