"Comfortable and clean upstairs & downstairs apartment. Central location to town."

"Room was cheap but no toaster or microwave in the room. No kitchen facility and room was on 4th floor when only one elevator was working and there is no sound or display in elevator that you know which floor you stopped. Lot of guest keep come out on wrong floor because of this. I dont recommend if you are traveling with children."

"We stayed at Wylie Court Hotel in Rotorua and unfortunately decided to check out early. At the time of our visit, the property was under construction, which affected the overall atmosphere. The room itself felt quite dated and had a noticeable musty smell. The space also felt a bit worn and not as fresh as expected. In the bathroom, the sink did not drain properly, which added to the discomfort of the stay. We ultimately chose to leave because it didn’t meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort. With some updates and maintenance, the property may improve, but based on our experience we wouldn’t stay again."
