This motel seriously needs a makeover. 1) There is one room, the kitchen and the living room are upstairs, the bathroom and the other room are downstairs, and the air conditioner is upstairs and doesn't work on the downstairs room. I just dissatisfied the setting of toilet and the temperature of the room and sulphur smell. parking and customer services are excellent, the location is traveller-friendly that we just spent 3-5 mins reached the centre for shopping, dining/ lunch, and filling up the petrol of cars. Very good motel in rotorua! 」
