Lovely accommodation. Better than we expected. The room is clean, spacious, new, great amenities (full kitchen). The bathroom and shower is big and there is another separate toilet which is very handy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation and amenities. Looked recently updated all around. The weakest point was the bed, but most beds we have used on our trip were similar. The staff were nice and the location was great.

It was lovely accommodation and friendly staff - though the sinks could have been cleaner. I had requested that the bed be made up as 2 singles but this wasn't done so the (adult) kids had to share a king size bed which wasn't ideal but they coped. We stayed 3 nights over new years and when we checked in we told that the room wouldn't be serviced on new years day to give staff a holiday. Then when we looked round the apartment there was a note to say it would be 2 days not serviced - so this was the whole of our stay. I don't think this was really acceptable as we paid premium rates for a "5*" stay - 1 day, fine but the whole stay ..? The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable and we enjoyed the spa pool.

A very lovely apartment to stay in, roomy, quiet and comfortable. It has alot of special touches to make this an outstanding property. The spa was awesome! It would’ve been nice to stay longer than 3nights.

A great location & very comfortably stay

This place provides all you need for any duration stay. The lodging is spacious, there is a wonderful 2-person private hot-tub on the patio, and a fully provisioned kitchen. It is also centrally located for all events in/around Rotorua. And we really appreciated the tea/coffee being replenished daily. I would highly recommend staying here.

We arrived early, the building very easy to find. Our apartment was ready so we were able to get settled before heading out for the rest of the day. The accommodation was very new and very clean, the hot -tub a definite bonus, and the host was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice on tours etc to do during our stay which we followed and were glad we did!
