「孩子们很喜欢 有乒乓、golf和泳池。」

「房間尚可，服務人員很親切」

「It's the year of 2024, I paid more than $300 and there's NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the room. The manager guy stated that they didn't list "air-conditioned" in room description on the booking page, so it's a fair play, and i should check the room description more carefully. Well, "electricity" is also not listed, and there's electricity, I'm so grateful.」

「乾淨,舒服,服務親切,但房間實在太小,住兩個大人,轉身都有問題,實在不舒服.」

「Pleasant and good overall.」

「服務人員很親切」

「2 bedrooms room, Check in efficiency, staff nice, clean, the room is big, can park vehicle in front of department, however must need to transfer luggage upon the staircase ypurself. Only one bathroom, and the other is only washroom. The shower is only attached on the wall.」

「沒有職員清潔客房，每次都需要到counter 提出要求，才有清潔客房服務。 廁所花灑衝力太弱，而且只能固定某個位置，沖涼有難度。」

「Not well clean and tidy up the room as the glass still have stinks…….tea cup with some crystal stuff inside……. Bed is good and sleep well. Staff is cool and not showing up all the time. My fee is including Breakfast which is not the buffet one and you can choose one set in the menu. Location and car park is good. 」

「The interior of the room was fantastic and really nice to be able to relax in the wooden tub. Staff was really helpful with recommendations of places to visit whilst in Rotorua」
