Rome wasn’t 5 star as advertised. Dirt and rust in bathroom and spar was stained and water marks. Sink tap was loose and not fitted. Needs a good clean and freshen up.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a good sized room with comfortable bed and bedding. The room offered a small kitchenette with basic equipment for small meals. The furniture was a little tired. The bathroom was large with plenty of hot water and good towels. Our bathroom had noticeable hair on the floor when we arrived. The spa was large and inviting.
