"Charming and beautiful. Yes it’s a historic building and it’s small and sometimes things look dated but by far it’s been one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and the location is perfect. A true urban gem for those looking to take in a real and raw experience of San Francisco in a safe and clean environment "

"We love the property, the room and the amenities. The service was incredible, the only thing missing is a proper restaurant. The bar at the top has great food, but we had 2 kids with us. We still had a great time and food, but a proper restaurant would have been nice. "

"Great place to stay! It’s a bit of a maze to get to your room but rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Room service comes around early so if you want to sleep in put the DND on the door. Staff is so nice and very helpful! Highly recommend and would stay there again! Prices our great too!!!"

"we used this property for an airport over night trip. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dated hotel but overall a good value. Airport shuttle was convenient however only departs on the hour beginning at 0600."
