"Clean room and good staff Good for an early start at Gatwick"

"Property was clean. We arrived at 3pm. Toom was lovely but AC broken in the room, in a corner room. Room was sat at 29°C when first arrived and only lowered to 25°C once we returned at 11pm. Reported to 3 separate people at desk, one told me someone one would come up, nobody did. Was then told it was the mains and it would be fixed while we were out. It wasn't. Came back down to be told it was just our floor, which next door were getting someone to help fix theirs. We didn't bother to say anything else until leaving at about 7am. I know it feels like a first world problem but this is our first night away for this year and was our anniversary. Slept awfully and it cost me £170. Shame, lovely looking hotel"

"Room service £40 for a burger and dessert! Lovely comfy beds. Clean bathroom with lots of helpful extras like cotton buds and pads. Balmain shampoo etc. staff are a bit abrupt made me feel that we were not really the people they expect in their hotel. "

"Location great. Rooms dated and our room had stains on the wall. Chipped furniture. Reception and bar/restaurant lovely looking and welcoming. Just needs a bit of tlc for the rooms and more hotel room cleaning staff"
