Room had aircon which was a must during this heatwave of 33deg+. I like that there was a kitchen sink for filling up the kettle. Shan at reception was also very helpful and made our stay much better. After we checked out at 11 there was no real place to sit in the hotel (no breakfast room, bar or lobby) to take my meeting. Parking good

The cleaning could've been a little bit better. We were very happy with the kitchen because we could cook our own dinner. Only issue was that there were no pans, plates, cutterly or glasses. We went to poundland and bought 2 pans for £5 and some paper/plastic cutterly, cups and plates for not even £10 in total but besides that we had an amazing stay! We stayed for 5 nights and thought that they would clean etc once during the stay but we had clean towels and a clean room every day when we came back. Overall really happy. It was a little noisy because it's next to a busy road but it didnt bother us at all. Would definitely come back!

Me and my wife were happy to stay there in general. There are some advantages and disadvantages of the hotel. Room was clean. Parking is free. You can reach public transportation quicker. We heard so much noise while sleeping, location is a bit scary because of environment. One night can be cheaper.

Excellent value for money. A/C worked really well. Free plentiful parking you just have to make sure the front desk have logged your registration otherwise you will receive a fine which is clearly displayed. My main problem was that my room was on the front of the road which can be noisy but I was so tired it didn't bother me too much. Also I followed the directions from my confirmation link which left me 1/2 a mile away from the hotel, it would be better putting the address into the sat navigate yourself.

The staff was polite and helpful but the building is worn down and the lift was out of order and I was on the top floor. I have a disability and walking long causes discomfort so walking up avs down stairs was long

First room was really dirty, so I asked for another one. They quickly found me another room, which was... Less dirty. Though for some reason both rooms had towels on the floor of the shower? Internet was very slow and often didn't work. Not much water pressure in the shower. Mould high up on the wall. Apart from that all fine.

Came with my pregnant partner on Saturday the 30th to a very helpful and very pleasant receptionist to went out of their way for my partner to get us into a room quicker due to the hot weather, this was super duper appreciated! Very spacious room, good shower and toilet and even a fridge what made me super happy, especially with the hot weather. Bed was very firm but I slept like a baby. Rooms have amazing noise cancellation between the rooms. The only fault and this is ever so minor of a fault was the bedside tables, they were wobbly. But all round we were super happy with the hotel and could not believe the price. Thanks for making our stay pleasant :)

The room looked as if it hadn’t been checked and cleaned in a while, dust and dirt everywhere, old food stains on the kitchen. The bathroom smelt like cigarettes, so I opened the windows which helped a little but still didn’t clear it. The pillows were pretty firm too so didn’t have a great sleep.
