「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. 「Room was big and spacious, nice big tv for then we wanted to chill after walking around krakow. Staff were more than happy to help when requested. Only down side was the shower holder could have done with been a bit higher but i managed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 」

The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine.
