「I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!」

「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. 「A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.」
