「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. 「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」
