"We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly."

"Room was advertised as being able to sleep 5. Upon arrival we found only 2 beds, no sofa bed. When we brought it up to staff they indicated only the rooms with king beds had sofa beds and they didn’t know why the room was advertised as “sleeps 5”. Needless to say it was very uncomfortable as there was 5 adults. I wouldn’t have paid had I known. Otherwise the location was great. Close to casino and walking distance to Cracker Barrel. Also, there was definitely a bird problem. Birds everywhere so expect to get your car very dirty with bird droppings."

"Someone had smoked in the room I was assigned before I arrived. NON SMOKING room. Had office bring spray to clear the smell. I had to ask for more coffee as well. No real amenities other than an Ice machine. Room was clean and bed was comfortable."
