"This is the best bed and breakfast. Beautiful property. The Rose Room was AMAZING. It was clean and went way beyond expectation. The bathtub was a beautiful soaker old fashion tub. Upon check in we were asked our breakfast order for the following morning, served a delicious sweet bread in our room, had chocolates on the bed at nighttime. The breakfast was outstanding. The best salmon eggs Benedict ever. I will be definitely planning another trip, but stay more than one night next time. "

"The room was kept cool, the parking is right in front of the door and very easy to access and the room was comfortable. This is a no nonsense motel with clean rooms and great prices. "

"The parking area did not feel safe. The room was not very clean. We found 3 socks from previous residents when we were double checking the room before we left. I signed up with two adults and one child for our double queen size room. They would only give us two towels at a time and I had to take them down to the desk to get fresh ones. The morning of our second day I took down the dirty towels and requested clean ones. I was told they would not be avaible until 9 am. The event we were in Gainesville for started at 7 am. The pool is greena and brown and a dirty sock was floating it. Also, when we arrived there were two dirty mattresses on the ground near the pool and trash overflowing in the breeze ways. It was not a good stay."
