"The staff was very helpful guiding us through our check in and checkout. They also helped us fill out the luggage transfer forms for our oversized luggage & directed us to the correct Yamato location nearby. The room was very clean and was comfortable. There was a good amount of space for us to open luggage compared to a lot of other Tokyo hotels. We also appreciated the hotel providing QR codes for all the appliances to translate to English."

"The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. "Lovely modern hotel in a convenient location. Short distance from Ueno station or a very short walk to Inaricho station which is on the Ginza line. We had the Japanese room; really clean, roomy, and excellent shower in a wet room. Staff are super friendly and there’s a big selection of items that guests can borrow including rice cooker and toastie machine. Also games for hire at no cost. Would totally stay in this hotel again. "Rooms was very modern and clean and larger than some other hotels in Japan. Onsen was nice, both outdoor and indoor options. Location is fantastic, lots of shopping ans food in a 5 min walk, also very good transit connections especially for Narita airport. Be aware only one elevator in building so sometimes a bit of a wait."
