Loved our stay at Tora Hotel Okachimachi. The room looked even better than the photos. It was very large compared to other Tokyo hotel rooms. Close to Metro stations and restaurants. Great shower pressure. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen, close to supermarket if you want to self cater. Cafe downstairs with great espresso. No onsite reception, however that didn't really matter to us and all communications were answered promptly by staff.

This is a great place to stay with a family. Lots of space in the room. Easy access to subway and convenience stores and super markets. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distances to attractions (Sensoji temple, skytree tower, Ueno zoo).

Excellent place to stay, the apartment was perfect for us. Very quiet around the streets but only 10 min walk to kitchen st and 15 mins to senso ji temple. Approx 15min to Ueno station which is great as the KS skyliner heads direct to the airport. Very clean and well maintained apartment. Thank you Tora Hotel!

I have stayed in many apartments in my life, but never before have I stayed in an apartment that well decorated and curated. On our day of departure I was very sad, to leave this wonderful place. I really cannot wait to be back and enjoy the wonderful neighbourhood and this very clean and quiet apartment.

SO MANY things stand out at this hotel! For a family of 6, the room was spacious and comfortable. It was incredibly clean and had all the necessary amenities for our family including a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and tea kettle, and a washing machine with detergent!! Honestly, the amenities saved us! We used the kitchenette so much especially the microwave, tea kettle, and refrigerator. The room was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The beds were also incredibly comfortable and large in size! They were more comfortable than the ones we have at home. In addition, the service!!! My goodness, the staff were kind, generous, and SO quick to respond to my messages! If we needed more toilet paper-done! If we needed another quilt-done! The service at this hotel was absolutely remarkable. Tora Hotel Okachimachi is like an apartment but with the services of a hotel! And finally, to top it all off, the room was absolutely adorable! The decor was just so cute with a lovely large mirror. The television was also huge! Thank you so very much Tora Hotel Okachimachi for an incredible experience in a lovely city! We did not want to leave!

I reserved this property for just one night for my family of 6 while we visited Tokyo for the weekend. We absolutely loved the property and I wish we had been able to stay longer! It had just the right space for us to be comfortable and the furnishings were so eclectic! I will definitely reserve this unit again in the future! Even though parking wasn't included, there were several small paid parking spots within a block and we were able to park right across the street.

We honestly weren’t sure what to expect, but this property exceeded our expectations. The suite looked exactly like the pictures—spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Our unit had two bedrooms with multiple beds, making it perfect for families. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the response time from the staff was excellent. Some standout features: In-suite laundry with detergent provided Well-equipped kitchen with essentials Complimentary umbrellas Convenient location near a convenience store Easy airport access via public transit (we took a short taxi ride from the nearest major station, which made travel with luggage easier) Walking distance to several popular landmarks like parks, temples, and local markets A few things to note: There is no front desk, so services like luggage forwarding aren’t available No daily cleaning service (though staff can assist upon request) No included meals or coffee It feels more like a serviced apartment or vacation rental than a traditional hotel We had a great experience overall and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

This property was just perfect. By any standards it was spacious and well equipped for a holiday stay. They’ve thought of everything when they designed this place. When you enter or leave, there’s a place to sit and change your footwear, hang things and leave shoes in or just outside the door. There’s space to store bags out of the way. The rooms look exactly like all the pictures. It has a fun, quality built vibe with modern lighting features and comfortable furnishings. The living area is very roomy, beds have good mattresses and lots of space and power connections and storage space along the entire bed head. The shower room has a separate standing area with a good amount of space to hang and shelve items you’re using. The kitchen has everything we needed for a holiday stay especially with so many restaurants and 24hr convenience stores around the corner and nearby. Good fridge, essential appliances and utensils. One of the nice things about this apartment was that the bedding area can be partitioned off by drapes so if we left bed half made they weren’t visible when we had a couple of friends over, which there is plenty of room to do. This hotel was a great find and we’d book it again for sure.

This was a perfect place to stay in Tokyo with our two children. Lots of space in the apartment, very clean and neat. It was very nice having a washing machine in the unit. It's very easy to get places on the local transit nearby. Would highly recommend for families to stay!

What a whimsical and fun place to stay! The room was as pictured. Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. A short and easy walk from the metro station where you can easily access main metro lines to get around different parts of the city. Would recommend as a great place to stay.

Lovely apartment. Stayed with family of 4 in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. Quiet area but very good location close to transport, and convenience stores. No onsite staff but clear directions, and helpful and responsive owner. Would thoroughly recommend.
