Their staff were warm and helpful. The rooms are clean. Their bathroom is compact, clean, and well designed. It has really good water pressure and a warm toilet seat (an unexpected surprise that I will miss). The location was very convenient to get to and from Narita airport via the Keisei airline, and in and around the city.

Rooms are too small, with mattress on the floor. No closet or place to put clothes, no nightstand. Our luggage hardly fit in the room. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to subway station. Would not stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We spent five nights there, and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. We would definitely stay here again!

After 3 weeks in Japan, it was really nice to get an oat milk latte and a delicious western style breakfast downstairs. Also really liked the view of the sky view tower from the 15th floor terrace which is free for guests to use. Staying here is 1 stop or a $7 cab ride from the nippori station which is what you use to take the Narita Express train to the airport.

A great place to stay. Near a station that can take us to all the major places, plenty of food, grocery stores and convenient stores. The staff was helpful and accommodating as well. The room and washroom is small, but the charm to itself.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Here are a few reasons why: • My window faced several air conditioning units, so I couldn’t even look outside. • The room was full of dust and other people’s hair. • The shower drain was so clogged that on the last day, foreign residue came up into the tub. • The washing machines were old and poorly maintained. I was so dissatisfied that I paid an extra €500 to move to another hotel. I would never stay here again, and I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very friendly and kind.

The room we chose was compact but clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is very helpful and having laundry available for only a few dollars a load was very convenient. Would recommend this hotel for people looking for a good, affordable stay.

The property was conveniently located near a station to catch subway. Every single staff encountered was helpful, kind and always professional! I love that you get everything you could possibly need including pajamas! Loved this hotel! Rooms are very cozy but it was just me so it worked! Would definitely book again upon my return!

It’s a really beautiful small hotel, the staff is very friendly. I had a double room (compact), it was quite small but for me traveling alone it was completely fine. For two people it might be too small though. The location is very convenient to get to all sorts of places in Tokyo. I can recommend the food served at the hotel as well. Very delicious and lots of fresh stuff. In case I come back to Japan I would definitely like to stay here again.

Located near Uguisudani Station on the Yamanote Line. Great clean, minimal hotel rooms with breakfast. If you’re heading to Narita, this is one station away from Nipporo Station where you can take the Skyliner.
