「The front desk cancelled my reservation for a suite two bedroom and when I arrived they were already booked so I had to get two rooms and they didn’t even offer at same price. I had my email with confirmation for the rooms and yet they acted like there was nothing they could do about it. I ended up paying double what I had originally planned and am just very disappointed in the customer service. 」

「The cottage was nice for my family and I. The property is in a good location just across the street from the ocean and walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and a store. They have lots of stuff to do with the kids, like bike rentals, free games, swimming pool, play grounds and fire pits. The only thing I would recommend is the water pressure and temp control of the shower in the cottages. The ones in the outside bathrooms have better water pressure and doesnt go from ice cold and...

「Rooms very nice and clean, my only complaint is how am I supposed to know if I'm getting a hot tub in my room or not. They don't specify This. I was disappointed when I walked in and didn't see a tub in the room or a porch hot tub. Just a regular room. I only stayed one night and spent most of my time at the casino so I didn't make too much of a fuss about it. But definitely could've been better experience.」
