「The room was very clean and parking was easy, especially with a big dog. Staff was very kind and accommodating and made the stay easy and fun!」

「We stayed in Kumbya Airstream and it was very clean. We had a smores kit waiting for us on the dining table! Nice surprise. The bbq had fuel but wouldn't ignite and had dirty rusty grates. The location is awesome right across the street from the ocean and Pelican Brewing which has amazing clam chowder. 」

「Couldn’t get in the door with code. Had to go back and get the key. Glad it wasn’t raining. The tv in the living area wouldn’t work (stuck on hdmi with no remote for changing) Bed was great tho. This place has a lot of potential but definitely needs upgraded and just prettied up. Oh and bring your own tp, that stuff was horrible 」

「This place is the perfect location with amazing views. The room was really small (king bed) but fine for just one night. I think some upgrades and maintenance is in store. Only 2 towels and 2 coffees in the room, (sleeps 4) so if you need anymore then that you’ll have to go all the way to the front desk. The pool area was musty and needs some tlc. No towels in the pool, gotta go back to the front desk for those too. Thank goodness we realized before getting in the pool. There were only 4 chairs...

The staff member training a new employee was not very helpful and gave us incorrect information. We have stayed before and have always been able to split payments between cards or put one of the rooms under a different name and card. 「Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said he could hear ir too some, but he did nothing about it. I would appreciate a refund of that night. I considered leaving in...
