「One of the best Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at! The views from reception were amazing! We were there for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but will be going back for sure. We felt safe the entire time and the staff made us feel welcomed. They had three pools that we have to try!!」

「Good facilities for children. Very good breakfast buffet and room service. Nice spa services. Rooms are clean but could be better. Pool and beach close early. Room assigment in areas affected by construction should be better coordinated. Not many places to walk around.」

「Airport shuttle sent from hotel (at a small cost) was waiting with a sign. Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel staff was so kind, professional and very helpful! The property is very appealing. Room was great, comfortable beds and very cold A/C. We would stay again!」

「Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse...
