I would like to mention the agent at the front desk; I believe her name was Janeria. There was a mix up on my parking expectation and I was getting very frustrated. She kept her cool and remained friendly and professional throughout. She was happy to help me figure out Uber and gave us multiple options for dining. "

The bar staff was friendly, I had a wonderful lunch and dinner. Front of desk staff ensured that I was accommodated appropriately for what I purchased through Expedia when it did not match what was booked. Friendly when the discrepancy was brought up and handled it immediately. Every member of staff that I encountered was friendly, welcoming and warm. I will be returning again!
