「Clean room. Helpful staff」

「The hotel was clean overall. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary continental breakfast was good. My main concern was safety. A sign at the front entrance said the hotel was not responsible for vehicle theft or items stolen from vehicles, which made me uneasy about parking there. Overall, the friendly staff was a plus, but the parking lot security concerns would make me hesitate to stay again.」

There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus.
