「Walk in smelled okay. Get to toe room all you smelt was like moldy old something in your room. Tv didn’t work for 1 1/2 days. Called told them at desk not fixed to half way through second day. Called even the guys feel that was provided. Sheets had a dead bug on it. Went down told the guy he said it was a piece of lint. Not true this was in minutes of entering. Then he wrapped it up then gave us comforter to put on ourselves. Bathroom light doesn’t work. Dan in it barely worked. ...

Anyway, thanks for giving the great experience, although the surrounding is inconvenience this hotel will still an option to visit again in the...

「The floor in the room was stained, sticky in places and felt damp. And sorry but smelled not great…It is a room with a tub in the room itself so that could be why felt damp… the bathroom shower area had definite mold issues and the shower head was not ideal (it could come off but that was the only way to adjust). I am sorry to be harsh but it was rough. It was parents weekend at Iowa so it was a cheaper stay but was still far more than we would have paid for that experience if we had known. The...

「This was a very nice place to stay. The room layout is very practical and everything is still very new. The breakfast was very good and Christy at the reception desk was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, although the water was very cold. The fitness room was very useful and we appreciated that it is open 24 hours per day. The only issue was poor water pressure in the shower. Christy said she would put it on the maintenance list.」
