「Stayed here one night while passing through. Room was smaller than I expected (patio king). I also assumed the patio was attached to the room but it was not. Room floor was dirty (sand, etc.) otherwise room was clean. Our coffee pot didn’t work. There was a $50 dog fee upon check in that wasn’t listed at time of booking online so that was a surprise. Also, one of the elevators was out of order while we were there and the remaining elevator was very slow. The pool was closed one of the two days we were there so we were not able to use it. 「Dirty shower curtain hair on beds on sheets Air from heat was musty smelling. The mattress gave me horrible back ache i was so disgusted that we were ready to go and sleep in the car. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out. It was a nightmare. I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me.」

「I felt like this place was a bargain, especially with breakfast included! We stayed in April just before their weddings started, and it was very quiet. We had a nice view of the water from our room, and the grounds are stunning! It was clean and perfect for an overnight. People with lots of luggage or mobility issues should note that there is no elevator. You also cannot control your room's temperature, and it was a bit warmer than I like for sleeping.
