「Received an email a few hours before check in that this was not actually available due to some kind of technical difficulty with the booking process. Did not receive a response about a refund for days. Spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia in between. 」

「This is a fantastic hotel, that is in a secluded spot in the country. Twenty minutes from airport, Old San Juan and ocean. The rooms were spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would strongly recommend staying at this wonderful place」

「Es un lugar muy agradable. Tiene todo lo necesario para tu comodidad. La lavanderia esta pequeña pero muy funcional, con maquina para comprar jabon y cambiar monedas. Wifi, y utensilios de cocina. El unico problema que tuvimos es que no tiene suficiente estacionamiento. Los espacios de estacionamiento no estan designados a cada huesped y tuvimos que estacionar sobre la calle lo cual sentimos un poco inseguro pero nada pasó. Definitivamente volveriamos a este lugar. 「Very good customer service, helpful and always available to help. Room is comfortable but I do want to say they need to keep the hot water on. I arrived late at night and took a shower, and it was killer cold the water. Not use to that. I always use this hotel when I travel thru San Juan and that is the only downside to the stay. 」

「The poolside area was so inviting and it was very clean. the AC in our room and everywhere was very comfortable. The people at the front desk were so warm and welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. I love the rooftop; the hammock and the Buddha! This place is a real gem!」
