"With parking close by and fabulous service, I often stay here for both business and pleasure. The restaurant food can be delivered to your room with a smile and there are supplies in the room such as bottled water, jelly beans and ‘hotel biscuits’. "

"This property is getting older but that was not important. It is kept very clean with a comfortable bed and good space for working, eating and relaxing. It also has all the essentials for simple meal prep in a very convenient location, with an easy walk to supermarket, banks, good food and cafes, pharmacy etc. Free parking was always available. And all people involved there were friendly, helpful and responsive. I'll be staying there again"

"On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. "

"The Overall experience was excellent. The Reception staff (Particularly Jacinta and Bianca) were lovely and super helpful when needing to accomodate my adult daughter into our room, whilst my husband was in hospital. They helped with organizing taxis and a late permit for parking as well. Whilst it was obvious you were having a change over of furniture during our stay, this did not inconvenience us. The only criticism I have is in relation to the car park. The signage displayed in the lane does not clearly indicate a right turn into the Quest carpark. We continued down the lane into the gated area of another business. The gate closed behind us, as darkness set in, and we were unable to exit. Had to call Quest Reception to see if they could contact the business and enable us to exit. Thankfully, after some time trapped behind the gate, a car from their carpark proceeded to exit and we then followed them, whilst the gate was open. More distinct signage, that is easily seen in the evening, would have avoided this scenario. "
