「Very clean room, nice eateries across the road and nearby. City centre area but also quite vicinity. Within walking distance to Fish monger market and CBD. Sky Tower is 5 mins on foot away with AirPort Express bus right there. Front desk staff is extremely helpful, especially it is our first time to Auckland, they helped us to find local tours and gave us great recommendations. 」

「hotel staff did not perform duties satisfactorily. My friend and I requested them to book a taxi from hotel to airport trip. However, the booking was not made. We found out when we double checked in the evening. In addition, the requested morning call did not happen. the staff who cleaned our room let hairs laid on the toilet ground....」
