This is a very nice hotel. They upgraded us to a much bigger room - nice surprise. The pool was warm and the pool spa super warm in a good way. Sometimes parking was full, but we were able to park on the street. The Orangery is a lovely restaurant in a nearby hotel. Serving dinner till 10PM.

It was frustrating to not be able to park our car at the hotel. We also could not enjoy the pool area due to an 8 year boy birthday party in the pool, bombing, diving disruptive of our quiet enjoyment. I was told they were not even overnight guests.

Got off to a bad start. We had booked a "secure" car park (for an extra $30) as we had a classic car. On arrival we were told that there were no secure car parks available. In addition their definition of secure is very different from ours and friends we have asked. We thought we would be getting something like an undercover or fenced car park. What they mean is you have a guaranteed car park outside among all the other cars. We didn't get either as it turned out. To their credit they did find us a car park although it was outside with all the others. Apart from that a very enjoyable stay. Nice room, great facilities, fabulous food. Would stay there again.
