「I had an amazing time from the second I walked into the hotel. The recepter was kind enough to help us get situated and even helped us upgrade to a bigger room for a good price. The room service was good too. I would definitely stay there again.」

「The room was clean and beds were comfortable in the family room. The only issue was that there were no plates or cutlery which was inconvenient as we had trouble heating our food. If you are providing a microwave,then there should be plates provided too. Otherwise, the place was clean and is pet friendly.」

Access to front veranda with seating. Restaurant downstairs was lovely, meals delicious, wait staff very friendly. Short stroll to Main Street, pubs, supermarket and wetlands walk. Had a fabulous weekend break.」

「Such a lovely looking hotel! Everything was immaculate and couldn’t ask for better. Bed was very comfortable and hotel very accommodating with a travel cot too. Good coffee capsule machine (w e had an apartment with a kitchenette and living area). Only thing I can think of to improve is to have two hand towels or a tea towel for the kitchen bit to dry up (if there was one and I missed it apologies!) amazing night stay, won’t disappoint!」

「The hotel definitely cannot be called Grand. It was build on a pub. But it is true it has a long history, built in 1833. It is not value for the money paid. First the checkin means calling the people from pub counter to the checkin desk to give you the key. And there is no elevator at the hotel, handicapped or large suitcase people not suggest to go. For the wind change in the bathroom, it cannot be even more noisy. I booked with the most experience room category, however the bedroom is facing...

The basic facilities were sufficient. After two days, I checked in at the hotel and the room was really fair. First we entered the room, the toilet door was broken and could not function.
