"Staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the condition and cleanliness of the room was not up to my standards. There were several wet spots on the carpet black marks inside and outside of the toilet. The toilet lifted off of the ground every time you sat down and stood up it looked as if it had been caulked at the base to try to “fix” the problem. The shower floors were stained brown. The wall paneling was falling down. There was sticky clear substances on the nightstand and we found a booger stuck to the head board as we removed a few pillows to lay down. "

"The breakfast was hot and delicious! The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a family of five! Clean and comfortable beds. "

"The check in process was easy, however the place was pretty run down. Our room had mattresses that were sunken in, the carpets had many stains on them, and my dad even saw a roach in the room. Air conditioning, lights, fridge, and microwave all worked fine. The one elevator did not have a light so you were riding in darkness. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good (no scrambled eggs though). Parking was right out front, no issues there. Overall, service was fine but some serious updating and cleaning needs to be done."
